Description
Verfahren zum Dekorieren von Honditoreiwaren. Gegenstand vorliegender Erfindung ist ein Verfahren zum Dekorieren von Konditorei waren, gemäss welchem auf den zu dekorie renden Gegenstand zwecks Herstellung von Verzierungen, Bildern etc. giftfreier Farb stoff aufgespritzt wird.
Als giftfreie Farbe wird zum Beispiel eine mit giftfreien Farben gefärbte Zucker lösung verwendet, die mittelst einer Pistole auf den Gegenstand aufgespritzt wird.
Bisher wurden Konditoreiwaren meist da durch garniert, dass auf dieselben Zuckermehl aufgelegt wurde oder .dass darauf frucht haltende Substanzen verbracht wurden. Diese Auftragungen haben aber den Nachteil, dass schöne Bilder damit nicht erzeugt werden können, während durch das vorliegende Ver fahren jegliche schöne Verzierung, zum Bei spiel einer Torte, erhalten werden kann.
Das Verfahren kann für alle Erzeugnisse der Konditorei und verwandter Gewerbe ver wendet werden, für Torten, Schokolade artikel, Ostereier, Marzipangebäck, Honig- und Lebkuchenartikel, Bonbons, Pralines etc., und eignet sich in gleicher Weise für matte wie für glasierte Artikel. Die Auftragungen können mit oder ohne auf die zu dekorierenden Gegenstände auf gelegte Schablonen erfolgen.
Den Dekorationen können irgend welche Motive zugrunde liegen, zum Beispiel Blu men, Kränze, Landschaften, Porträts etc., und es können dieselben auf irgend welchem Untergrund, sei er weiss oder andersfarbig, und in irgend welcher Anordnung und Farbe gehalten sein.
Das beschriebene Verfahren bietet den Vorteil, mit wenig Mühe und Arbeit und rasch geschmackvolle Dekorationen auf Kon ditoreiartikeln anbringen zu können.

The process can be used for all confectionery and related products, for cakes, chocolate articles, Easter eggs, marzipan biscuits, honey and gingerbread articles, sweets, pralines, etc., and is equally suitable for both matt and glazed articles. The applications can be made with or without stencils placed on the objects to be decorated.
The decorations can be based on any motif, for example flowers, wreaths, landscapes, portraits, etc., and they can be held on any background, be it white or another color, and in any arrangement and color.
The method described offers the advantage of being able to attach tasteful decorations to confectionery articles quickly and with little effort.
