Description
Dispositif applicable aux bicyclettes et destiné à empêcher le pédalage. La présente invention a pour objet un dispositif applicable aux bicyclettes et des tiné à empêcher le pédalage, caractérisé en ce qu'au moins une des pédales est reliée à sa bielle par un organe d'accouplement per mettant d'enlever la pédale.
Le dessin annexé donne, à titre d'exem ple, une forme d'exécution de l'objet de la présente invention.
La fig. 1 en est une vue de face avec coupe partielle; La fig. 2 est une vue en plan :de l'élément de Vorgane d'accouplement fixé à la pédale; La fi,g. 3 est une coupe suivant la ligne 1-I3 de la fig. 2; La fig. 4 est une vue en élévation de l'é lément de l'organe d'accouplement fixé à la bielle; La fig. 5 est une vue en bout de l'élé ment représenté à la. fig. 4.
La pédale 1 est reliée à la bielle 2 par un organe d'accouplement constitué de deux éléments 3 et 4. L'élément 3 est vissé à l'ex trémité -de l'axe 5 de la pédale; l'élément 4 muni d'une partie filetée 6 est vissé à l'ex trémité de la bielle 2.
L'élément 3 est pourvu d'un logement circulaire 7 dans lequel peut pénétrer l'élé ment 4.
Sur les bords du logement 7 sont prévues deux saillies 8 sous la partie inférieure incli née desquelles peut pénétrer la partie égale ment inclinée de .deux saillies 9 prévues sur le côté de l'élément 4.
Pour opérer l'accouplement de ces élé ments 3 et 4, on fait pénétrer l'élément 4 dans le logement 7, en ayant soin de placer les saillies 9 à 90 degrés des saillies 8. En suite on fait tourner la pièce 3 sur la pièce 4, ce qui a pour effet de faire pénétrer la partie inclinée des saillies 9 sous la partie inclinée des saillies et assurer le verrouillage de l'accouplement.

The pedal 1 is connected to the connecting rod 2 by a coupling member consisting of two elements 3 and 4. The element 3 is screwed to the end of the axis 5 of the pedal; the element 4 provided with a threaded part 6 is screwed to the end of the connecting rod 2.
Element 3 is provided with a circular housing 7 into which element 4 can enter.
On the edges of the housing 7 are provided two projections 8 under the inclined lower part which can penetrate the equally inclined part of .two projections 9 provided on the side of the element 4.
To operate the coupling of these elements 3 and 4, the element 4 is made to penetrate into the housing 7, taking care to place the projections 9 at 90 degrees from the projections 8. Next, the part 3 is rotated on the part 4, which has the effect of causing the inclined part of the projections 9 to penetrate under the inclined part of the projections and ensure the locking of the coupling.
