Abstract
L'invention concerne un système de stockage et de récupération automatisé comprenant une grille de stockage et de récupération automatisée (104) et un système de livraison (140) : la grille de stockage et de récupération automatisée (104) comprenant : un système de rail de véhicule de manipulation de conteneur (108) pour guider une pluralité de véhicules de manipulation de conteneurs (200, 300), le système de rail de véhicule de manipulation de conteneurs comprenant un premier ensemble de rails parallèles (110) disposés dans un plan horizontal (P) et s'étendant dans une première direction (X) et un second ensemble de rails parallèles (111) disposés dans le plan horizontal (P) et s'étendant dans une seconde direction (Y) qui est orthogonale à la première direction (X), lesquels premier et second ensembles de rails (110, 111) forment un motif de grille dans le plan horizontal (P) comprenant une pluralité de cellules de grille de véhicule de manipulation de conteneur adjacentes (122), chaque cellule de grille de véhicule de manipulation de conteneur (122) comprenant une ouverture de réseau de véhicule de manipulation de conteneur (115) définie par une paire de rails voisins (110a, 110b) du premier ensemble de rails (110) et une paire de rails voisins (111a, 111b) du second ensemble de rails (111), les véhicules de manipulation de conteneurs (200, 300) pouvant fonctionner pour récupérer un conteneur de stockage (106) à partir d'une pile (107) de conteneurs de stockage sous le système de rail de manipulation de conteneurs (108) ; et une colonne de livraison (119, 120) conçue pour le transport d'un conteneur de stockage (106) entre un véhicule de manipulation de conteneurs (200, 300) et un orifice de livraison (150) situé à une extrémité inférieure de la colonne de livraison (119, 120) ; le système de livraison (140) comprenant un véhicule de livraison télécommandé (30) comprenant un porte-conteneurs (35) conçu pour supporter le conteneur de stockage (106), le véhicule de livraison (30) étant en outre conçu pour transporter le conteneur de stockage (106) entre un premier emplacement représenté par l'orifice de distribution (150) et un second emplacement, le second emplacement comprenant un opérateur robotique (160' ; 160'') pour manipuler l'article de produit dans le conteneur de stockage (106).
