Description
Oppfinnelsen angår et lagringsanlegg med fjernstyrte vogner med to hjulsett og heiseinnretning for drift på skinner anlagt i kryss over kolonner av identiske lagringsenheter som er adskilt med vertikale profilstolper, slik at lagringsenheter enkeltvis lar seg tilføre, hente ut, mellomlagre, midlertidig rokere og bringe tilbake til kolonnene.
Produksjons- og handelsbedrifter har store plass- og volumbehov for sitt lagerhold. Disse behov skapes primært ut fra kravene til tilgjengelighet.
Direkte fysisk tilgang til den enkelte og eldste lagerførte salgsenhet er nødvendig og avgjørende for en effektiv håndtering og rullering av lagerbeholdningens komponenter. Disse forhold må det tas hensyn til både ved innplassering av nyinnkjøpte eller nyproduserte varer som tilføres lagerbeholdningen, og ved utplukking av ordre til kunder som reduserer lagerbeholdningen. Uensartede varer kan normalt ikke dypstables, det vil si at de stables oppå hverandre og/eller tett inntil hverandre på gulv, i samme hylle eller på samme pall. Det må derfor avsettes plass, f.eks. i den enkelte hylle til en full-situasjon.
Dersom forutsatt maksimal varebeholdning krever plass til en pall med f.eks. 64 kundeenheter av en gitt vareart, som tilsvarer en måneds salg, og beregninger for bestillingstidspunkt forutsetter at nye varer ankommer, for eksempel ti dager før tom- eller utsolgt-situasjon inntrer, og kjøpsenhet er en hel pall om gangen, må det avsettes to palleplasser på lageret, som begge skal være tilgjengelige så lenge det finnes varer igjen på den første pallen.
Et annet forhold som skaper plassbehov, er betjeningens krav til fysisk adgang til den enkelte og først innkomne vare. Det må anlegges gjennomgående tilkomstganger for trucker, pakketraller ol., der slike også må tillates toveis ferdsel, noe som mer enn fordobler bredden på tilkomstgangene. Beregninger gjort på faktisk volumutnyttelse av moderne engros-lagre viser en fyllingsgrad på 15-20 %. I slike lagre beveger betjeningen seg til varene. Enkelte lagre samler de mest omsatte varer i grupper nær pakkebord eller lignende for å redusere intern godsforflytning.
For visse varetyper nyttes kranteknologi til intert vareforflytning, der selve forflytningen skjer over lagringsflaten og ikke på selve lagringsflaten. Også kranteknologi krever likevel tilkomst til den enkelte vare som skal bringes inn til definert lagringslokalisering eller hentes frem fra denne. Kraners arbeidsområde avgrenses av fast monterte traversbaner over lagringsflaten.
Produksjonsbedrifter som lagerfører et visst varesortiment, må holde de enkelte typer adskilt, slik at ny produksjon av hver enkelt type levert til lageret og uttak for salg av hver enkelt type fra lageret underlegges kontinuerlig rulleringsstyring.
Med stadig økende muligheter og kunnskap om bruk av datateknologi blir hver enkelt vareenhet overvåket, og fysisk plassering vil derfor avgjøres og forandres for hvert nytt vareparti som kjøpes inn eller produseres, så lenge behovet for tilgjengelighet ivaretas. Videre merkes hver enkelt komponent med f.eks. strekkoder eller magnetkoder som avleses maskinelt ved fremhenting og kontroll, både ved ekspedering og lagertelling og ved kunders mottakskontroll. Ulike former for automatisering av slik fremhenting har vært gjennomført med vekslende hell, ofte til høy pris og med store feilmarginer, der systemfeil er uhyre tidkrevende å rette opp manuelt.
Fra patentlitteraturen er kjent bl.a. følgende:
NO 154125 beskriver et lagringsanlegg omfattende et nettverk av rettvinklede spor i hvilke lagervogner med åtte hjul fordelt på to hjulsett kan forflyttes i to retninger, hvilket muliggjør rullende eller glidende forflytting av vognene i to retninger i horisontalplanet.
GB 2 211 822A beskriver et kompaktlager hvor lagringsenhetene er stablet på hverandre i vertikale søyler, der søylene holdes adskilt av vertikale profiler. Lagringsenhetene er containere som arrangeres i lagringssoner ved at containere blir dypstablet på hverandre under to langsgående kranbaner og forflyttes ved hjelp av tradisjonelle kraner som bæres på overliggende skinner. Kranene er utformet som traverskraner der traversen forflytter seg horisontalt i X-retningen mens kranvognen forflytter seg i Y-retningen på et skinnesett på selve traversen.
Containere kan derved forflyttes inn i og ut av lagringssonen, og teoretisk også rokeres innen hvilken som helst plassering innen lagringssonens to kolonner.
Foreliggende patentsøknad skiller seg vesentlig fra ovennevnte og liknende kranbaneløsninger ved at et flertall av fjernstyrte vogner, som i henhold til oppfinnelsen fritt kan bevege seg horisontalt i både X-aksen og Y-aksen på skinner anlagt direkte på vertikale profilstolper, har en total fri adgang til alle lagringsenhetene som er dypstablet i et stort antall parallelle kolonner, også kolonner plassert i andre lokaler.
En slik fjernstyrt vogn sperrer bare for tilgang til underliggende lagringsenheter med sin egen fysiske størrelse, som utgjør to dypstablede kolonners overflate, og alle de fjernstyrte vognene kan samtidig og sammen med flere andre bevege seg over et ubegrenset lagringsareal, mens en kranløsning ikke kan fungere effektivt når et flertall lagringsenheter skal hentes frem samtidig fra flere kolonner med dypstablede enheter.
US 5 340 262 beskriver et såkalt flytende databasert lagringssystem, som benytter seg av strekkodemerking av inngående varer som innplasseres i standard pallelagerreoler, uten at varene relateres til sin fysiske plassering.
EP 0 217 757 beskriver en automatisk forflytningsinnretning for varer fra en lagringsplass til en behandlingsplass.
NO 163 276 beskriver et sorterings- og ventelagerutstyr for varer som kontinuerlig kommer fra produksjonen i et bakeri, og som skal pakkes i kasser i samsvar med individuelle kundeordres, ved at standard kasser sekvensielt overføres fra hver pakkestasjon via kundestasjoner til leveringsseksjoner.
US 5 147 176 beskriver et lagerhåndteirngssystem for langstrakt gods, som skinner, stenger eller plater, som plasseres i særlige bokser eller kassetter med sidetilfestede U-formede holdestrukturer, som entrer bæreribber i adskilte reolrekker ved innplassering. Mellom disse reolrekkene er anlagt passasjer hvor også traverserende kranutstyr kan bevege seg til en hvilken som helst enhet og hente ut og ned de ønskede enheter. Hver lagerenhet er tilfeldig innplassert, og et dataprogram holder løpende oversikt over de enkelte enheters innplassering i lageret.
Bortsett fra den andre beskriver ingen av de forannevnte patenter selve dypstablingsbegrepet, som vil si at varelagerets enheter, også med tilfeldig plassering av enhetene, er stablet tett sammen oppå hverandre og ved siden av hverandre til én eller flere stabler og i flere parallelle kolonner. Derved gis fysisk tilgang bare til de enheter som tilfeldigvis befinner seg i stablenes ytre sjikt langs sidene og på toppen av kolonnene.
EP 0 767 113 A2 angir en robotisert hul løfteanordning som forflyttes i horisontalplanet med traverskran som dekker et definert lagerområde, der enheter av identisk form og innhold er lagret i vertikale, adskilte kolonner. Den tårnformede løfteanordning senkes ned over en utvalgt kolonne så dypt som antall ønskede enheter tilsier, eventuelt hele kolonnene, hvoretter gripeinnretninger trer i funksjon under den nederste enheten for løfting oppad. Nye varer fra produksjon tilføres på samme måte tilhørende kolonner. Ved å flytte løfteanordningen fra kolonne til kolonne vil for eksempel en leveranse på ti enheter av tre vareslag sammensettes, når roboten medbringer en enhet fra en kolonne, tre fra en annen kolonne og seks enheter fra en tredje kolonne. Her forutsettes at hver kolonne inneholder samme varetype som til enhver tid er kjent, at enhetene lagres i kolonner på et klart definert område og adskilt for nedføring av omsluttende hul tårnløfteanordning, men bevegeligheten i horisontalplanet begrenses av traverskranenes tradisjonelle muligheter. Intern rullering av varelageret ivaretas, ved å levere ut de eldste varene først, og ved å innplassere nyproduserte varer til lager under de eldste. Løsninger er tilpasset råvareprodusenter og industrilagre med et fåtall varianter og relativt sjeldne, men ikke altfor sammensatte leveranser til kunder, ved robotisert stabling av ensartede varer oppå og så vidt tett inntil hverandre.
Herværende søknad omfatter et lagringsanlegg med fjernstyrte vogner .med heiseanordning for automatisk betjening av et underliggende kompakt lager av parallellepipedformede lagringsenheter av et standard format adskilt med vertikale profilstolper. Lagringsenhetene er stablet på hverandre i tette vertikale kolonner (dybdestablet) og den enkelte lagringsenhet føres ut av lageret ved at den løftes opp av en vogn på toppen av en kolonne. Vognene går på to hjulsett som vekselvis heves eller senkes ned på horisontale skinner som løper vinkelrett i forhold til hverandre tilordnet den øvre ende av de vertikale profilstolpene. De to horisontale retninger betegnes som X, Y-akser og de vertikale kolonner som Z-akse. Vognene kan således vekselvis kjøres på skinnene i X- eller Y-retningen og er utstyrt med gripe- og løfteanordninger for lagringsenhetene som derved kan hentes ut, rokkeres midlertidig, mellomlagres og bringes tilbake til stablene idet vognene opererer samtidig over hele lagerflatens areal.
Lageret styres trådløst fra en datasentral, som til enhver tid har registrert posisjonen for de enkelte lagringsenheter som befinner seg inne i lageret i vilkårlig orden. Det vil si at for å ta frem en lagringsenhet som befinner seg midt inne i systemet må samtlige lagringsenheter som befinner seg over denne i samme vertikale kolonne løftes opp og føres ut til ny posisjon, eventuelt midlertidig, betegnet rokkering, slik at den ønskede enhet også kan tas opp og ut. Trådløs datafonnidling fra sentral til de enkelte vognene skjer med kjent teknologi, for eksempel med radiosignaler.
Foreliggende oppfinnelse vedrører et lagringsanlegg med fjernstyrte vogner med to hjulsett og heisinnretning for drift på skinner anlagt i kryss over kolonner av standard lagringsenheter som er adskilt med vertikale profilstolper, idet lagringsanlegget er kjennetegnet ved trekkene fremsatt i patentkravene. Fig. 1 viser skjematisk tre adskilte kolonner av standardiserte lagringsenheter 2, sett ovenfra og sett fra siden, som er stablet mellom vertikale profilstolper 3 hvis øvre ender er tilordnet korslagte skinner 6. Den enkelte kolonnes høyde kan tilpasses varierende takhøyde i forskjellige lokaler som til sammen utgjør et lagerareal. Flere fjernstyrte vogner 1 opererer samtidig over hele nettet av skinner 6. Eksempelvis kan ett av lokalene være et fryselager. Fig. 2 viser en fjernstyrt vogn 1 med et fast hjulsett 8 og et nedsenkbart hjulsett 9 for rullende forflytning i skinnenes 6 føringsspor 7, der for eksempel optisk sonde/føler 10 registrerer skinnenes krysningspunkter, og der motorhusets åkholdere 11 har åk 13 og styringspigger 14. Fig. 3 viser spolbart metallbånd 12 for nedsenking og oppløfting av åket 13 med styringspigger 14 og gripeklips 16. Fig. 4 viser den fjernstyrte vognen 1 og åkholdere 11 med åkets 13 styringspigger i inngrep med en lagringsenhet 2. Fig. 5 viser samme situasjon som fig. 4 men under nedsenking eller oppløfting av lagringsenhet 2 ved inn-/utspoling av metallbånd 12. Fig. 6 viser et detaljutsnitt av en optisk sonde eller føler 10 montert til den fjernstyrte vognens underside for løpende konstatering av føringssporets 7 oppadragende del av skinnen 6, inntil aktuelt krysningspunkt.
Den fjernstyrte vognens 1 evne til å bevege seg i horisontalplanet vinkelrett på koordinater av skinner 6 over et kompaktlager fremkommer i henhold til oppfinnelsen ved bruken av åtte skinneentrende hjul fordelt på to hjulsett.
Med de fire faste hovedhjul 8 beveger den fjernstyrte vognen 1 seg frem eller tilbake i skinnene 6 for eksempel i X-aksens føringsspor 7.
Når den fjernstyrte vognen 1 i henhold til mottatt radiokommando har kommet til det punkt der den skal endre en tversløpende skinnes 6 føringsspor 7, nedfelles et opphengt hjulsett 9 mot to av Y-aksens parallelt løpende skinner så meget at vognen 1 løftes opp inntil det faste hjulsett 8 ikke lenger tangerer sin skinne 6. Derved er oppnådd at den fjernstyrte vognens 1 nye bevegelsesretning skjer vinkelrett på den første uten noen form for snu- eller svingefunksjon.
En føler eller sonde 10 vil ved sin særlige plassering på vognens 1 nedre del indikere når den nøyaktige posisjon for krysning er nådd, ved at den i et definert krysningspunkt ved sin funksjon, for eksempel optisk, avdekker uteblivelse av metall i føringssporets 7 sidevegger nøyaktig i punktet der to tversgående skinner 6 krysser hverandre.
Tilmålte lengder av metalliske profilstolper 3 med fire rettvinklede glideflater monteres vertikalt i et i horisontalplanet for eksempel rektangeldannende rammeverk, med en etter behovet definert avstand mellom profilstolpene i X- og Y-aksen.
Med festepunkter i profilstolpenes 3 øvre åpning er anlagt 90° kryssende skinner 6 med nedsenkede føringsspor 7, som derved danner ett eller flere sammenkoblede horisontale koordinater av skinner 6 over rekkene med profilstolper 3 i X- og Y-aksen.
På disse sammenhengendeZ-koblede skinnene 6 opererer samtidig et varierende antall fjernstyrte vogner 1 basert på den enkelte bedrifts behov.
De fjernstyrte vognene 21 er utstyrt med batteridrevne elektromotorer for sin fremdrift og løftefunksjon, og mottar fra datamaskinen sorterte kommando-køsignaler for sine oppgaver via et fåtall radiofrekvenser, som formidler blokker av data til hver enkelt vogn 1 om varelagerlokalisering i de horisontale X- og Y-aksene, og i den vertikale Z-aksen, om i hvilket horisontalt lag i kolonnene den enkelte lagringsenhet 2 befinner seg; logiske kjøreruter for hver operasjon på det horisontale koordinat av skinner 6 over kolonnene av lagringsenheter mellom profilstolpene 3.
Ned mellom hver av fire rektangulært anlagte og samhørige profilstolpers 3 rettvinklede glideflater er ført så mange parallellepipedformede lagringsenheter 2 som lengden av profilstolper tillater, der lagringsenhetens 2 fire hjørner er korresponderende utformet for å entre og la seg føre opp eller ned i profilstolpenes 3 vertikale langsgående glideflater.
Den fjernstyrte vognens 1 omsluttende motorhus har to parallelle utadragende åkholdere 11, og oppspolt i åkholderne 11 er to metallbånd 12 eller liknende tilfestet i åk 13, som er utstyrt med fire styringspigger 14. Pulsteller posisjonerer åket 13 i vertikalplanet ved utspoling av metallbåndene 12, dvs. hvor dypt i kolonnen åket skal senkes ved utførelsen av den enkelte kommando. Når åkets 13 fire styringspinner 14 er brakt i inngrep med den utvalgte lagerenhets 2 korresponderende styringshull (ikke vist), trer gripeklips 16 i funksjon, slik at en enhet ved innspoling av metallbåndene 12 løftes enkeltvis opp og ut av sitt leie i stabelen. Dersom flerfaset løfting av flere lagerenheter 2 opp og ut av kolonnens lag av enheter skjer for å komme til underliggende, settes lagerenheten(e) 2 i henhold til datakommando temporært ned og til side på skinnene 6. Oppløfting av aktuell lagerenhet 2 skjer på samme måte, men denne bringes av den fjernstyrte vognen 1, eller av en samarbeidende fjernstyrt vogn 1 til plukkstasjon for ekspedering til kunder, enten ved at det tas ut et kundeordrebestemt antall varer fra enheten 2, som deretter returneres for tilfeldig innplassering i én av kolonnene, eller ved at hele innholdet i en lagerenhet 2 ekspederes til en kunde, f.eks. i en produksjonsbedrift.
De lagringsenheter 2 som først ble løftet ut for å komme til den aktuelle enhet, blir én etter én plassert tilbake i kolonnen.
Claims (3)
1. Lagringsanlegg med fjernstyrte vogner (1) med to hjulsett (8, 9) og heiseinnretning for drift på skinner (6) over kolonner av lagringsenheter (2) som er atskilt med vertikale profilstolper (3), der de faste vertikale atskillende profilstolper (3) fastholder søyler stablet sideveis til hverandre som danner kolonner av lagringsenheter (2) av standard parallellepiped form, slik. at de fremstår som et rutenett av kolonner, der et horisontalt korslagt nett av skinner (6) anordnet vinkelrett i en X- og en Y-retning er tilordnet profilstolpens (3) oppadragende ender, hvorpå samtidig et flertall fjernstyrte vogner (1) samtidig opererer horisontalt i X- og Y-aksen på de korslagte skinner (6) ved hjelp av radio formidlede data,
der vognenes (1) evne til å veksle bevegelsesretning på de rettvinklet kryssende skinner (6) fremkommer ved at vognene omfatter åtte skinneentrende hjul, fordelt på to hjulsett (8, 9), der hver vogns (1) fire faste hovedhjul (8) tillater bevegelse frem eller tilbake for eksempel langs X-aksens føringsspor (7), mens det andre, opphengte hjulsetts (9) fire hjul kan nedføres mot to av Y-aksens parallelt løpende skinner (6) så meget at vognen (1) vil løftes opp inntil det faste hjulsett (8) ikke lenger tangerer skinnene (6), således at vognens (1) nye bevegelsesretning skjer langs Y-aksens føringsspor (7),
karakterisert ved at den fjernstyrte vognen (1) har åkholdere (11) med opp- og nedspolbare åk (13) som griper underliggende lagringsenheter (2), som derved lar seg før opp eller ned mellom fire vertikale profilstolpers (3) langsgående glideflater, og således lar seg heise ut av og tilbake til kolonnene.
2. Lagringsanlegg med fjernstyrte vogner ifølge krav 1,
karakterisert ved at en føler eller sonde (10) med sin særlige plassering på den fjernstyrte vognens (1) nedre del vil indikere når den nøyaktige posisjon for krysning er nådd, ved at føler (10) i et definert krysningspunkt ved sin funksjon, for eksempel optisk, avdekker uteblivelse av metall i føringssporets (7) sidevegger nøyaktig i punktet der to tversgående skinner (6) krysses.
3. Lagringsanlegg med fjernstyrte vogner ifølge krav 1-2, karakterisert ved at den fjernstyrte vognens (1) omsluttende motorhus med to i øvre del parallelt utadragende åkholdere (11) med to spolbare metallbånd (12) nedfeller et åk (13) utstyrt med fire styringspigger (14) for inngrep med korresponderende styringshull (ikke vist) i utvalgt lagringsenhet (2), hvoretter gripeklips (16) for fastholdende funksjon festes til lagringsenheten (2), som ved innspoling av metallbånd (12) løfter åket (13) med lagringsenhet (2) opp og ut av sitt leie i kolonnen.
