Abstract

Une source dalcaloïde psychoactif est utilisée pour obtenir un extrait dalcaloïde psychoactif. La source peut être constituée de champignons, danimaux ou de plantes psychédéliques ou dun extrait antérieur de ceux-ci. Les alcaloïdes psychoactifs dans lextrait sont adsorbés sur un matériau adsorbant, à partir duquel ils sont ensuite élués pour fournir une solution purifiée dalcaloïde psychoactif. Le procédé peut être répété avec différents matériaux adsorbants, différentes valeurs de pH et différents solvants délution. Les solides présents dans lextrait sont éliminés à différents stades par filtration ou centrifugation. La solution purifiée dalcaloïde psychoactif peut ensuite être concentrée en une suspension, puis normalisée par ajout dexcipients et évaporation du solvant. Lextrait standardisé résultant présente une concentration spécifiée en alcaloïde psychoactif.
