Abstract
L'invention concerne un réacteur thermique utilisé pour le recyclage par thermolyse en continu de pneus usagés, de résidus de vulcanisation et de matière plastique usagée sous forme de granulés et de produits similaires. L'invention vise à mettre au point un réacteur thermique fonctionnant en continu pour un procédé de pyrolyse de ce type, qui permette de soumettre à un recyclage par thermolyse en continu des pneus usagés, des résidus de vulcanisation et de la matière plastique usagée sous forme de granulés, sans dispositifs de transport et de mélange rotatifs motorisés supplémentaires et sans dispositifs pneumatiques de désagrégation. A cet effet, le réacteur thermique selon l'invention comprend une partie entrée, une partie centrale formant une zone de chauffage et une partie sortie qui sont agencées verticalement les unes sous les autres; un tube d'aspiration dont la surface extérieure présente de nombreux orifices et/ou fentes servant à évacuer les vapeurs des composés d'hydrocarbure à chaîne courte produites est agencé dans la partie centrale du réacteur thermique, des calottes coniques superposées étant emboîtées sur le tube d'aspiration, et des moyens d'aspiration des vapeurs de composés d'hydrocarbure sortant du tube d'aspiration; plusieurs plaques de chauffage sont agencées radialement dans la partie centrale formant la zone de chauffage sur l'enveloppe extérieure, lesquelles sont agencées décalées les unes par rapport aux autres dans les étages de chauffage superposés. Il est apparu dans le cadre de l'invention que malgré la faible conduction thermique de ces matériaux, il est possible avec le réacteur thermique vertical selon l'invention de recycler en fonctionnement continu des pneus usagés, des résidus de vulcanisation et de la matière plastique usagée sous forme de granulés, du fait qu'ils sont soumis à un mélange et à un chauffage homogènes.
