La présente invention concerne une plante contenant un gène de l'acide phytique ne s'exprimant dans la semence de la plante que si on le désire. Cette invention possède deux caractères pouvant être induits ou commutés. Ces caractères sont (i) semence non susceptible de germer et, (ii) production faible ou nulle d'acide phytique.
