Abstract

A rope locking device for binding freight, goods loaded on a truck, includes a plurality of rope stoppers, or rope buckles mixed with a simple rope hanger, ropes of adjustable length combined with each rope stopper to be cramped by the stopper or the buckle to bind stably freight loaded on a truck with a hook bound on an outer end of each rope for hooking a hook of a truck.
