ABREGE DESCRIPTIF CEINTURE DE PANTALON L'invention concerne une ceinture de pantalon du type "ceinture anglaise" cousue en partie haute d'un pantalon extensible. Cette ceinture comprend un ruban élastique (3) dont la face interne est habillée de doublures supérieure (6) et inférieure (7), composées de bandes de tissu en biais obtenues par tissage de fils non extensibles et découpe en biais. La doublure inférieure (7) comporte une partie flottante (7a) qui peut être liée aux sacs de poche par des points d'attache 12. La ceinture de l'invention associe de hautes qualités d'esthétique, côté interne et externe, permettant de la monter sur des pantalons haut de gamme, à de remarquables qualités d'élasticité, de rémanence et nervosité.The invention relates to a trouser belt of the "English belt" type sewn in the upper part of stretch trousers. This belt comprises an elastic ribbon (3) whose inner face is covered with upper (6) and lower (7) linings, made up of strips of fabric on the bias obtained by weaving non-stretch yarns and cutting them on the bias. The lower lining (7) comprises a floating part (7a) which can be linked to the pocket bags by attachment points 12. Dnns le but d'Hccrt)itre :leur confort, de nombreux pantalons sont réa.l:isés en tissu extensible et ils do:ivent de préférence être dotés au niveau de .la tflil:Le de 10 ceinture extensible évitant un b:locage qui .leur ferait perdre leur qualité de confort. On connaît de nomhreux types de ceintures anglaises extensib:les ; ces ceintures comportent ~enéralement un ruban élastique (type ruban de gomme) qui leur donne leur qual.ité d'extensibilité 10ngitudina1e (voir par 15 exemple le brevet FR 2.196.1~0). La présente inYention se propose le perfectionner les ceintures existantes du type sus-évoqué.
E.lle vise à fournir une ceinture anqlaise extensible qui 25 associe les qual:ités suivantes :
- bonne élasticité de la ce.inture7 permettant de bén~ficier pleinement des qualités d'extensibilité du pantaIon, - rémanence et nervosit~ satisfa;santes, 30 assurant un ma;ntien correct du pantalon, - aspect traditionne.l, haut de gamme, aussi bien du côté ext~rieur que du côt~ intérieur de la ceinture.

La ceinture flnglflise représentée à titre d'exemp.le aux fiqures est mont~e sur un pantAlon bi-extenslhle que l'on aperçoit partie:l.lement en l sur ces figures. Ce lO panta.Lon ~_t fabriqué de façon classique au moyen d'un tissu coton, laine ou polyester/laine~ .intéqrant un pourcentage "d'élastflne" qui lui confère une extensibi.lité dans.les deux sens. La ce;nture anglaise v;sée par l'invention comprend un ruban élastique 3 qui peut en particulier 8tre constitué psr un ruban tissé au moyen d'un fil élastique de cha~ne guipé et d'un fil de trame non élastique. Le fil de 2n chaine est notamment un fi.l de qornme quipé par un fil de polyester et mélangé avec une mousse polyamide. Le ruban élastique 3 présente une élasticité longitudinale comprise entre sn ~ et 200 ', de l'ordre de lO0 ~D en l'exemple pr~cité.
La face externe du ruban élastique 3 (côté
25 endroit du pantalon) est pourvue d'une bande de tissu 4 dite bande externe, de même nature que le pantalon. Cette bande externe 4 chevauche le bord supérieur du ruban par un repli 4a qui redescend sur une petite fr:action de la hauteur dudit ruban. Du côte endroit, :les jambes du panta.lon l sont 3n préalablement cousues sur la bsnde externe 4 par une couture extensible en points de chalnette 5 réalisée avec un fi.l fort pourcentage d'extensib.ilité.
La face interne du ruban élastique 3 est habillée de deux bandes de tissu, dites doublure supérieure 6 35 et doublure infér1eure 7. Ces bandes sont des bandes en biais réalisées par tissage de fils non extensibles et d~coupe en biais. En l'exemple, ces bnndes sont découp~es en hiais dans un tissu chevron et l'on apercoit les chevrons en 6a ou 7a la figure 2. Les fils utilisés pour réaliser ces bandes en 40 biais sont par exemple des fils 70 Z coton, 30 Z polyester ;

Ln douhlure supérieure 6 et la doub.lure 5 inférieure 7, réaIisées au moyen desdites bandes en biais, sont aqencées pour former deux rep.lis en regard qui se recouvrent comme 1'illustre la figure l ; elles sont cousues sur le ruban élastique 3 au moyen d'une couture extensible 8 dite couture médiane, qui traverse le ruban et les bords de 10 recouvrement des doublures, sans affecter la bande externe 4.
Cette couture 8 est une couture en points zig-zag réalisée avec un fil à fort pourcentage d'extensibilité. Du c~té
interne, la partie apparente de cette couture médiane peut être dotée de points antidérapants tels que 9 en vue de 15 limiter le glissement transversal de .la ceinture. De plus, le bord 6a de la douhlure supérieure 6 est avantageusement replié
(du côté interne apparent) pour parfaire l'esthétique.
La doublure supérieure 6 est cousue en partie haute sur le ruban élastique 3 par une couture supérieure 2n extensihle 10, travePsant le repli ;nterne 4a de la bande externe 4. Cette couture 6 est une couture réa.lisée en points zig-~ag au moyen d'un fil à fort pourcentage d'extensibi:lité.
La doublure inférieure 7 comporte une partie flottante 7a qui se prolonge au-dessous du bord inférieur du 25 ruban élastique.
Une couture hasse extensible ll est réalisée au niveau de la couture chainette 5 (entre pantalon l et bande externe 4) et Fixe ces éléments sur .le ruban élastique. Cette couture basse ll est de préférence 0xécutée en points noués au 3û moyen d'un fil ~ fort pourcentage d'extensibilité. Comme l'illustre .la figure l, elle peut être réalisée de façon à
traverser la doublure inférieure 7 afin de stabilisQr celle-ci au voisinaqe du bord inférieur du ruban élastique 3. Il est également possible dans certains cas de laisser la doublure 7 35 complètement f.lottante, la couture ll n'affectant pas cette doublure.
En partie basse, la partie flottante 7a de la doub~ure inférieure est de préférence liée aux sacs de poche 2b par des points d'attache symholisés en 12 aux 4n finures l et 2.

Aprbs confection de la couture chainette S solidarisant les 5 jambes et la hande externe 4, ces él~ments sont disposés à
plat et le bord de la hflnde 4 est inséré entre le ruban 3 et la douhlure supérieure 6 jusqu'à venir se bloquer contre la couture médiane 8 de la ceinture. La couture supérieur~ 10 est alors réalisée, puis la bande 4 et le pantalon 1 sont rabattus 10 par rapport à la ceinture (flèche F). La couture inférieure 11 peut alors ~tre exécutée, les points d'attache svec les sacs de poche ~tant ensuite réalisés.
Toutes les coutures sont exécutées au moyen d'un fil à fort pourcentage d'extensibilité, par exemple fil lS extensible polyester longue fibre, conf~rant auxdites coutures une extensibilité longitudinflle de l'ordre de 20 ~.
La ceinture anglaise conforme à l'invention associe de hautes qualités d'esthétique, côté interne et externe, permettant de la monter sur des pantalons haut de 20 gamme, a de remarquables qualités d'élasticité, de rémanence et de nervosité.

Ln upper liner 6 and lure double 5 lower 7, produced by means of said bias bands, are aligned to form two reps read opposite which cover as illustrated in FIG. 1; they are sewn on the elastic tape 3 by means of an extensible seam 8 said middle seam, which crosses the ribbon and the edges of 10 overlap of the linings, without affecting the external strip 4.
This seam 8 is a zigzag stitching made with a wire with a high percentage of extensibility. In figure 4 illustrates the mounting of the English belt according to the invention on the front 1.
After making the S chain stitching joining the 5 legs and the external hande 4, these elements are arranged at flat and the edge of the hflnde 4 is inserted between the ribbon 3 and the upper lining 6 until it locks against the middle seam 8 of the belt. The upper seam ~ 10 is then done, then the band 4 and the pants 1 are folded down 10 with respect to the belt (arrow F). The lower seam 11 can then be executed, the attachment points with the bags pocket ~ both then made.
All seams are executed using a wire with a high percentage of extensibility, for example wire lS stretch polyester long fiber, conf ~ rant to said seams a longitudinal extensibility of the order of 20 ~.
The English belt according to the invention combines high aesthetic qualities, internal side and external, allowing to mount it on pants high 20 range, has remarkable qualities of elasticity, persistence and nervousness.

Claims

1 / - Belt pants of the belt type dress sewn into the upper part of stretch pants, comprising an elastic ribbon (3), a fabric band, called external strip (4), preferably of the same kind as the pants, extending on the external face of the ribbon (3) and overlapping the upper edge thereof by a fold (4a), a first stretch seam, called the bottom seam (11), joining the pants (1), the external band (4) and the ribbon elastic (3), characterized in that:
- the internal face of the elastic tape (3) is covered with two strips of fabric, of the bias strip type (6, 7), made by weaving non-stretchable threads and cutting at an angle giving said bands extensibility longitudinal, - these bias bands, called lining upper (6) and lower lining (7), form folds opposite which overlap and are sewn on the ribbon elastic (3) by their overlapping edges by means of a second stretch seam, called middle seam (8), not affecting the external band (4), - the upper lining (6) is sewn in upper part on the elastic tape (3) by a third stretch seam, called upper seam (10), through the internal fold (4a) of the external strip, - the lower lining (7) has a floating part (7a) extending below the lower edge elastic tape (3).

2 / - Belt according to claim 1, characterized in that:
- the elastic ribbon (3) is a woven ribbon by means of an elastic wrapped warp thread and a non-elastic weft, giving it elasticity longitudinal between 50% and 200%, - the upper (6) and lower linings (7) are strips woven from cotton threads or polyester / cotton and cut obliquely, so that they confer a longitudinal extensibility of between 15%
and 30%, - the seams, lower (11), middle (8) and upper (10), are made with a strong wire percentage of extensibility in zigzag stitches or knotted stitches.

3 / - Belt according to one of the claims 1 or 2, characterized in that the pants (1) is previously sewn to the outer band (4) by a seam stretch in chain stitches (5), sewing lower (11) being made at this seam chain (5).

4 / - Belt according to one of the claims 1, 2, or 3, characterized in that the seam lower (11) is made so as to pass through the lining lower (7).

5 / - Belt according to one of claims 1, 2, 3, or 4, arranged in the upper part of a pants with pockets, characterized in that the part floating of the lower lining (7) is linked to the bags of pocket (2b) by attachment points (12).

6 / - Belt according to one of claims 1, 2, 3, 4 or 5, characterized in that the middle seam (8) has non-slip stitches (9) on its visible inner part.
