Abstract

PROTEÍNAS DE DEDO DE ZINCO, PROTEÍNA DE FUSÃO, POLINUCLEOTÍDEO, E MÉTODOS PARA A CLIVAGEM DIRECIONADA DE CROMATINA CELULAR EM UMA CÉLULA DE PLANTA, PARA RECOMBINAÇÃO GENÉTICA DIRECIONADA EM UMA CÉLULA DE PLANTA, E PARA A REDUÇÃO DO NÍVEL DE ÁCIDO FÍTICO EM UMA SEMENTE OU PARA A PRODUÇÃO DE FÓSFORO MAIS METABOLICAMENTE DISPONÍVEL EM UMA SEMENTE. A presente invenção refere-se a dedos de zinco compreendendo resíduos de coordenação de zinco de CCHC. Também descritos são proteínas de fusão e proteínas de dedo de zinco compreendendo esses dedos de zinco de CCHC bem como polinucleotídeos que codificam essas proteínas. Métodos de uso dessas proteínas para edição de gene e regulação de gene são também descritos.
