Abstract
COMPOSIçõES DE GRAXA PARA JUNTAS DE VELOCIDADE CONSTANTE. A presente invenção refere-se uma composição de graxa para uso em juntas de velocidade constante, que têm melhores características de resistência ao desgaste e durabilidade. A graxa é fabricada incorporando, em uma graxa de uréia, (A) um dialquil-ditiocarbamato de molibdênio, (B) um ditiofosfato de molibdênio, (C) 2-(4-morfolinil-ditio)-benzotiazol e (D) um sulfonato de cálcio. A quantidade misturada de (A) + (B) é feita em não mais do que 10% em peso, e de (C) e (D) não mais do que 3% em peso, respectivamente. Além disso, uma graxa para uso em juntas de velocidade constante é fabricada adicionando ainda (E) ditiofosfonato de zinco aos componentes supramencionados (A) + (B) + (C) + (D) em uma quantidade misturada de não mais do que 3% em peso.
