Abstract

sonda para mediçao do teor de oxigenio em material biológico, cateter uma sonda (1) serve para a medição do teor de oxigênio em tecido biológico. a sonda tem pelo menos uma fibra ótica (2), que na extremidade proximal, é acoplável oticamente por um lado a uma fonte de luz e por outro lado a um sensor de luz. em uma face de extremidade distal da fibra (2) é oticamente acoplado um corante sensível a oxigênio (5) uma seção distal de fibra (6) incluindo a sua superfície de extremidade distal é envolvida juntamente com o corante (6) por uma membrana permeável a oxigênio, impermeável a líquido (7), que define, na região envolvida, um recinto para gás (8) que envolve a superfície de extremidade distal com o corante (5) . a sonda (1) é um componente de um cateter (14) queapresenta ainda um sensor de temperatura (30) e de preferência um sensor de pressão (28) . resulta uma sonda, em que é reduzida a sensibilidade da fibra no ponto de medição em relação às influências perturbadoras do meio ambiente e em que são melhoradas as possibilidades de interpretação dos resultados da medição.
