Abstract

PROCESSO PARA O REVESTIMENTO DE UM BLOCO DO VARISTOR COM UM INVóLUCRO ISOLANTE ELéTRICO, BEM COMO, BLOCO DO VARISTOR PARA UM CONDUTOR DE DESCARGA DE SOBRETENSãO. A presente invenção refere-se a um processo para o revestimento de um bloco do varistor com um invólucro isolante elétrico, bem como, bloco do varistor para um condutor de descarga de sobretensão. Um bloco do varistor (1) é formado de vários elementos do varistor (2a, 2b, 2c, 2d). Um invólucro (5, 5a, 5b) isolante elétrico está disposto em torno dos elementos do varistor (2a, 2b, 2c, 2d). O invólucro (5, 5, 5b) isolante elétrico se situa diretamente sobre uma superfície do bloco do varistor (1). Antes de ou durante uma aplicação do invólucro (5, 5a, 5b) isolante elétrico sobre o bloco do varistor (1) são retiradas moléculas de gás indesejadas da área de junção entre a superfície do bloco do varistor (1) e o invólucro (5, 5a, 5b).
