Abstract
DISPOSITIVO ANTI-FURTO PARA FRASCOS, GARRAFAS E SIMILARES. Compreendendo uma carcaça formada por dois corpos prismáticos retangulares (1 e 2) solidários lateralmente entre si, porém defasados em altura, o menor e posterior (2) alojando internamente uma bobina elétrica sensora (40), capaz de acionar um alarme sonoro, devidamente associado, e o maior e anterior (1) subdividido internamente em três alojamentos (7, 8 e 9), dos quais em extremo (7) aloja um primeiro núcleo metálico (22), disposto e deslocável transversalmente, bem como assentado contra mola de apoio (24), enquanto que o intermediário (9), tendo um rasgo lateral (21) de comunicação com o extremo e adjacente (7), recebe um segmento tubular (18), deslocável longitudinalmente, bem como provido de uma orelha lateral tangecial (20), disposta atravessando aquele rasgo lateral de comunicação (21), e apoiando-se lateral e extremamente no primeiro núcleo metálico (22), dito segmento tubular (18) recebendo firmemente um segundo núcleo metálico (25), também assentado sobre mola de apoio (26), e afastado, por mola intercalada (29), de um pino central não metálico (27-28), que avança para o interior de uma projeção prismática (3) derivada externa e ortogonalmente do corpo prismático anterior (1), no interior do qual tem solidária uma cápsula extrema de travamento (30), com um segmento de topo em cremalheira (31), o conjunto incluindo ainda uma cinta de lacre e travamento (32), com dupla alma metálica (33) e longo trecho intermediário em cremalheira (34) com dentes de catraca, dita cinta (32) sendo presa por um extremo no interior da projeção prismática externa (3) do corpo prismático anterior (1), avançando para fora do mesmo, formando grande laçada, para em seguida atravessar a referida projeção externa (3), em cujo interior os seus dentes de catraca ficam voltados e acoplados à cremalheira de topo (31) da cápsula de travamento (30), e tendo finalmente a extremidade livre e externa portadora de puxador esférico (38).
