Abstract

"MONITORAMENTO DE VALVULOPLASTIA MITRAL PERCUTáNEA". Durante o desdobramento minimamente invasivo do dispositivo de valvuloplastia mitral em um sinus coronário próximo ao rastreio em tempo quase real do dispositivo é monitorado para determinar se o dispositivo está comprimindo a artéria coronária circunflexa esquerda ou se é provável que o faça. Em uma modalidade da invenção, um ou mais sensores de posição são incluídos no cateter que é usado para desdobrar o implante de constrição e ou no próprio implante. A posição do dispositivo é determinada durante o desdobramento, e comparada ao local da artéria coronária circunflexa esquerda, que pode ser determinado por mapeamento relativo da imagem pré-adquirida ou por imagem de ultra-som intra-cardíaca simultânea.
