Abstract
MáQUINA PARA USINAR PEçAS DE TRABALHO óTICAS, EM PARTICULAR LENTES DE óCULO DE PLáSTICO. A presente invenção refere-se a uma máquina 10 para usinagem de peças de trabalho óticas L, em particular lentes de óculo de plástico, que compreende um fuso de peça de trabalho 24, por meio do que a peça de trabalho 24, por meio do que a peça de trabalho pode ser acionada em rotação em torno de um eixo de rotação da peça de trabalho B e uma disposição da ferramenta fixa 36, por meio do que a ferramenta de tornear 48 pode ser movida em um plano de movimento de ferramenta fixa (plano X-F1), em que o fuso de peça de trabalho e a disposição de ferramenta fixa podem além disso ser movidos relativos entre si em um plano (plano X-Y) que contém o eixo de rotação da peça de trabalho. De acordo com a invenção, o plano de movimento da ferramenta fixa (plano X-F1) é posicionado oblíquamente (ângulo de trabalho alfa) com respeito ao plano (plano X-Y) contendo o eixo de rotação da peça de trabalho. Como resultado, uma máquina é provida em que o ponto de trabalho da borda cortante da ferramenta de tornear pode ser alinhado em uma maneira particularmente simples e altamente precisa no eixo de rotação do fuso de peça de trabalho.
