Abstract
BIOTRANSFORMAçãO ENANTIOSELETIVA PARA O PREPARO DE INTERMEDIáRIOS DO INIBIDOR DE PROTEìNA TIROSINA QUINASE A invenção está relacionada com métodos biocatalíticos para o preparo de esterecisómeros enantiomericamente puros de 1-(2,6-dicloro--3-fluorfenil)etanol. São divulgados métodos de preparo do (S)-enantiómero desejado, cujos métodos são baseados em una combinação de resolução enzimática, esterificação química e hidrólise química com inversão de ésteres de l-(2,6-dicloro-3-fluorfenil)etila ou bio-redução estereoseletiva de 2,6-dicloro-3-flúor-acetofenona com um biocatalisador tal como uma enzima ou um microorganismo. O (S)-enantiómero quiral pode ser usado na síntese de certos compostos de 2-aminopiridina ligados a éteres enantiomericamente enriquecidos que inibem potencialmente a auto-fosiforilação do receptor do fator de crescimento de hepatócito humano.
