Abstract
BROCA, ESPECIALMENTE BROCA HELICOIDAL. A presente invenção refere-se a broca (2), especialmente broca helicoidal, que apresenta um corpo (8) provido de ranhuras de aparas (12) bem como com uma frente de broca (10), que apresenta ao menos dois gumes principais (20) com transição um para dentro do outro. Para possibilitar especialmente um furo cego de broca (18) com base de furo tão completamente plana quanto possível, está previsto que os gumes principais (20) formem um gume contínuo, que se estende em um plano perpendicularmente ao eixo longitudinal de broca (6). Os gumes principais (20) estão portanto orientados a um ângulo de 180<198> entre si.
