Abstract
PROCESSO PARA A PREPARAçãO DE L -AMI- NOáCIDOS USANDO CEPAS DA FAMìLIA ENTEROBACTERIACEAE. A invenção refere-se a um processo para a preparação de L- aminoácidos, em particular L-treonina, no qual são realizadas as seguintes etapas: a) fermentação dos microorganismos da família enterobacteriaceae os quais produzem o L-aminoácido desejado e nos quais o gene malt ou seqüências de nucleotídeos ou alelos os quais codificam para o produto genético dos mesmos são reforçados, b) concentração do L-aminoácido desejado no meio ou nas células dos microorganismos, e c)isolamento do L-aminoácido desejado.
