Abstract

CARTãO DE MEMBRANA E MéTODO PARA A PRODUçãO E USO DO MESMO A invenção se refere a um método para produção de membranas track etched, cartões de membrana, pilhas de membrana, elementos de separação, dispositivos e instalações, ao uso dos mesmos para separação de partículas de meios líquidos e gasosos e a métodos para determinação de um diâmetro máximo dos poros da membrana. O método da invenção para produção de uma membrana track-etched consiste em exposição de um filme polimérico a um ataque por íons pesados para formação de uma densidade de track no mesmo, na gravação de poros no filme assim obtenível através de uma solução de gravação para assegurar uma densidade de poro correspondendo à densidade de track e em laminação da membrana track-etched porosa assim obtenível sobre um substrato poroso através de uso de um material adesivo para a produção de um cartão de membrana. Pilhas de membrana e um turbulizador são helicoidalmente enrolados em torno de um tubo coletor para coleta de um meio líquido (gás) tratado de uma forma que um dispositivo de separação é formado. O referido dispositivo de separação integrado em uma unidade de separação a qual também compreende um coletor de meio líquido (gás), tubulações para meios líquidos (gás) não tratados iniciais e tratados, sensores de pressão conectados às tubulações para meios líquidos (gás) não tratados e tratados para trocar a unidade de separação para um modo de refluxo, quando uma quantidade importante de partículas extraídas do meio líquido (gás) inicial é coletada sobre a membrana.
