Abstract

UM SISTEMA DE MONTAGEM PARA UM ESTAI (TIRANTE) EM (V) EM UM VEìCULO GRANDE A presente invenção se refere a um sistema de montagem para atar um primeiro componente de veículo (1) para um segundo componente de veículo (4), onde o primeiro componente de veículo (1) está proporcionado com primeiras e segundas bossas (saliências, cubos) de montagem (11, 12; 111, 112) e o segundo componente de veículo (4) está proporcionado com correspondentes primeiras e segundas abraçadeiras de montagem (9, 10; 109, 110), onde o primeiro componente de veículo (1) está atado para o segundo componente de veículo (4) pelos primeiros e segundos metros rosqueados (13,14; 113, 114) cavidades de montagem (19, 21; 20, 22; 119, 121; 120, 122) compreendidos nas primeiras e segundas abraçadeiras de montagem (9, 10; 109, 110) e nas primeiras e segundas bossas de montagem (11, 12; 111, 112). Em concordância com a presente invenção, as bossas de montagem (11, 12; 111, 112) e as abraçadeiras de montagem (9, 10; 109, 110) estão proporcionadas com superfícies de contato emparelhadas (15,18;16,17; 115, 118;116,117) que estão afiladas em torno das cavidades de montagem (19, 21; 20, 22;119, 121; 120,122).
