Abstract
MATERIAL ELASTOMéRICO TERMOPLáSTICO, E, PRODUTO MANUFATURADO A presente invenção refere-se a um material elastomérico termoplástico que compreende: (a) de 110%, em peso, a 100%, em peso, preferivelmente de 20% em peso, a 80%, em peso, de pelo menos um elastómero termoplástico baseado em estireno; (b) de 0%, em peso, a 90%, em peso, preferivelmente de 20%, em peso, a 80%, em peso, de pelo menos um homopolímero ou copolímero de <244>-olefina termoplástica diferente de (a); o montante de (a) + (b) sendo100; (c) de 2 partes, em peso, a 90 partes, em peso, preferivelmente de 5 partes, em peso, a 40 partes, em peso, de uma borracha vulcanizada em uma forma subdividida; (d) de 0,01 parte, em peso, a 10 partes, em peso, preferivelmente de 0,05 parte, em peso, a 5 partes, em peso, de pelo menos um agente de copulação contendo pelo menos uma insaturação etilênica; os montantes de (c) e (d) sendo expressos com relação a 100 partes, em peso, de (a) +(b). O mencionado material elastomérico termoplástico mostra propriedades mecânicas aperfeiçoadas, em particular, tensão na ruptura e alongamento na ruptura. Além disso, o mencionado material elastomérico termoplástico mostra melhor resistencia à abrasão.
