Abstract
MéTODO SIMPLIFICADO PARA RECUPERAR QUITOSANA A PARTIR DE SUAS SOLUçõES áCIDAS. A presente invenção refere-se a uma composição de polímero de quitosana com "salting out" contendo mistura de certos sais de precipitação de proteína bem como métodos para produção e uso da mesma. Preparações de polímero de quitosana produzidas através de tais métodos são substancialmente livres de quitosanase, sais indesejáveis e ácido em excesso e retêm suas propriedades fisiológicas bem como biológicas e físicoquímicas. As preparações de quitosana da presente invenção são valiosas para a aplicação de quitosana biologicamente ativa em formas de drogas ou suplemento alimentar. A maioria dessas preparações dissolve facilmente em um meio ácido aquoso tal como o do estómago.
