Abstract

"TUBO OFFSHORE, E, PROCESSO PARA A PREPARAçãO DO MESMO". A invenção está relacionada a poliuretanos sintáticos, que são obtidos reagindo um componente poliisocianato a) com um componente poliol b), onde o componente poliol b) compreende uma mistura poliéter poliol com um número de OH de 10 a 280 (componente b1) e um óleo baseado em ácidos graxos que possuem de 6 a 25 átomos de carbono, ou derivados dos mesmos (componente b2), na presença de esferas ocas c). A invenção está relacionada também à utilização de poliuretanos sintáticos para isolamento de tubos offshore e aos tubos offshore assim isolados, em adição a outras partes e peças de equipamentos para serviço em alto mar.
