"COMPOSIçõES PARA ANIMAIS DE ESTIMAçãO COMPREENDENDO OLIGOFRUTOSE DE CADEIA CURTA". São apresentadas composições para animais de estimação compreendendo de cerca de 0,01% a cerca de 0,2% de oligofrutose de cadeia curta, em peso da composição, sendo que a oligofrutose de cadeia curta compreende 1-cestose, nistose e 1F-beta-frutofuranosil nistose. São apresentados, também, diversos métodos para uso dessas composições, inclusive métodos para melhoria da saúde gastrointestinal ou do odor da fezes de animais de estimação.
