Abstract
"SISTEMA E MéTODO PARA LIBERAçãO, DE VACINA TRANSDéRMICA". Um sistema e método para liberar transdermicamente uma vacina para um paciente, incluindo um dispositivo de liberação de iontoforese que tem um eletrodo doador, um contra-eletrodo, e circuito elétrico para suprir energia de iontoforese para os eletrodos, e um membro de microprojeção não eletroativo que possui uma pluralidade de microprojeções que penetram o estrato córneo estendendo-se a partir dele. A vacina pode estar contida em uma formulação de hidrogel em um reservatório de agente disposto próximo ao eletrodo doador, em um revestimento biocompatível que é disposto sobre as microprojeções ou em ambos.
