Composto com anel heteroaromático de 5 elementos representado pela fórmula ¢I!: em que V é CH ou N; W é S ou O; R¬ 1¬ e R¬ 2¬ são, cada um, H etc.; X é -N(R¬ 4¬)-, -O-,-S-, -SO~ 2~-N(R¬ 5¬)-, -CO-N(R¬ 7¬)- etc.; L é: em que R¬ 20¬, R¬ 21¬, R¬ 22¬ e R¬ 25¬ são, cada um, H, etc.; E é arila ou grupo anel heteroaromático ; R é -COOH etc.; B é arila etc.; R¬ 3¬ é H, etc.; Y é -C(R¬ 13¬ )(R¬ 14¬)-N(R¬ 12¬)-, -C(R¬ 13¬ )(R¬ 14¬)-O-, -N(R¬ 11¬)-, -O-, etc.; A é alquileno; e Z é arila, etc., um produto do mesmo e um sal farmaceuticamente aceitável do mesmo.
