Abstract

"GERENCIAMENTO DE RELAçãO PICO/MéDIA DE POTêNCIA PARA MODULAçãO MULTIPORTADORA EM SISTEMAS DE COMUNICAçãO SEM FIO". Técnicas para o gerenciamento de PAPR para modulação multiportadora em sistemas de comunicação sem fio. Diferentes terminais em um sistema de acesso múltiplo podem ter diferentes potências de transmissão exigidas. O número de portadoras para alocar para cada terminal é dependente de sua potência de transmissão exigida. Os terminais com maiores potências de transmissão exigidas podem receber menos portadoras (associados com PAPR menores) para permitir que o amplificador de potência opere com níveis mais altos de potência. Os terminais com menores potências de transmissão exigidas podem receber mais portadoras (associadas com PAPR mais alta) visto que o amplificador de potência é operado em níveis de potência inferiores. As portadoras específicas para designar para os terminais também podem ser determinadas por seus níveis de potência de transmissão para reduzir as emissões fora de banda. Os terminais com maiores potências de transmissão exigidas podem ser designados com portadoras perto do meio da banda operacional, e os terminais com menores potências de transmissão exigidas podem ser designados com portadoras perto das bordas da banda.
