Abstract
<B>"COMPOSIçõES BIODEGRADáVEIS à BASE DE AMIDO E éSTERES DE POLISSACARìDEOS E PROCESSO PARA AUMENTAR SUA BIODEGRABILIDADE "<D>. As composições de heterofases biodegradáveis compreendem amido parcial ou completamente desestruturado e/ou complexado, um éster de polissacarídeo e um plastificante para o éster de polissacarídeo. Nessas composições, o éster de polissacasrídeo constitui a matriz e o amido a fase dispersa na formulário de partículas ou domínios de uma dimensão média numérica inferior a 1<109>m e de preferência inferior a 0,5 <109>m para pelo menos 80% das partículas. As composições também compreendem um aditivo que pode aumentar e manter a valores de 4 ou mais o pH de uma solução obtida ao se colocar as composições no forma de pelotas em contato com água à temperatura ambiente por uma hora, com o uso de uma razão entre a água e a pelota de 1:10 em peso.
