Abstract

"SENSOR DE ULTRA-SOM, E, PROCESSO PARA A PRODUçãO DE UM SENSOR DE ULTRA-SOM" A invenção se refere a um sensor de ultra-som, especialmente para um veículo e seu compartimento de passageiros, com uma carcaça (1) em forma de lata, um fundo de carcaça (3), um fecho de carcaça e um elemento de sensor disposto no fundo (3) da carcaça, sendo que na região do fecho de carcaça é disposto um dispositivo de contactação (9), que pode ser fixado estacionário na carcaça (1), o qual apresenta uma reentrância (37) que atravessa o equipamento de contactação (9) na direção do eixo longitudinal A, e é ligado, de maneira condutora de eletricidade, em ao menos um ponto de contato (19), a ao menos um eletrodo (15) do elemento do sensor (7), por meio de colagem de arame espesso, bem como a um processo de produção do mesmo.
