Abstract

Patente de Invenção: <B>"MéTODO E APARELHO PARA O TRATAMENTO DE GRãOS DE CEREAIS, GRãOS DE CEREAIS TRATADOS E SEU USO"<D>. A invenção refere-se a um método de tratamento por calor de grãos de cereais o qual possibilita a diminuição do teor de mofo dos grãos de cereais sem perturbar sua germinabilidade. O método é especialmente aplicável ao tratamento de grãos a serem germinados por exemplo, antes da maltagem. A invenção também refere-se aos grãos de cereais tratados, produtos de cereal feitos dos mesmos e seu uso na maltagem e fermentação de bebidas. Ainda, aparelhos são descritos os quais são aplicáveis ao tratamento por calor dos grãos de cereais.
