Abstract
"PROCESSO E APARELHO PARA FRESAR ENGRENAGENS PARA GERAR UMA ENGRENAGEM CÈNICA, E, FERRAMENTA DE FRESA DE ENGRENAGENS CÈNICAS EM ESPIRAL". A abertura de dentes em engrenagens cónicas deve ser efetuada com alta eficiência e baixo custo. Para este fim, quando uma engrenagem cónica é gerada utilizando uma ferramenta de fresa anular (21) tendo um material de lâmina (23) construído de um aço ferramenta rápida montado em um corpo principal (22), o material de lâmina (23) é revestido com pelo menos uma camada de uma película de uma composição substancialmente compreendendo (Ti ~(1-x)~A1~ x~)(N~y~C~(1-y)~) (onde 0,2 <243> x <243> 0,85, 0,2 <243> y <243> 1,0), e fresagem a seco é realizada a uma velocidade de corte na faixa de 20 a 200 m/min sem utilizar um óleo de corte. Com este processo, dentes podem ser gerados a uma velocidade de corte grandemente aperfeiçoada sem utilizar qualquer ferramenta dispendiosa tal como de carboneto duro sinterizado, desse modo realizando uma eficiente produção de uma engrenagem cónica a um custo reduzido.
