Abstract
PROCESSO PARA FABRICAçãO DE ARO DE UM VOLANTE DE DIREçãO PARA VEìCULO. Fabrica-se um aro de um volante de direção para veículo através da (A) formação de um membro de moldagem de um material de uretano que se constitui de uma parte do aro de um volante de direção; (B) formação de uma porção de mascaragem pela fixação de um primeiro membro de máscara a uma parte de uma superfície do membro de moldagem; (C) formação de uma primeira superfície de transferência através da realização de uma transferência hidráulica em uma superfície onde o primeiro membro de máscara não adere; (D) formação de uma película de revestimento na primeira superfície de transferência; (E) remoção do primeiro membro de máscara para revelar uma superfície onde a tranferência não é realizada; (F) realização de uma segunda transferência hidráulica na superfície onde a tansferência não é realizada; e (G) limpeza da película de revestimento. Assim, um padrão transparente pode ser formado sem sobreposição ou falta de polimento de um padrão de uma película de transferência.
