Abstract

"DISPERSãO LìQUIDA DE FLUORORESINA EM Pó, COMPOSIçãO LìQUIDA DA DISPERSãO DE FLUORORESINA EM Pó E PROCESSO PARA PRODUZIR UMA DISPERSãO AQUOSA DE PARTìCULAS COLOIDAIS DE POLIéSTER SULFONA" A presente invenção refere-se a uma dispersão líquida de fluororesina em pó que compreende fluororesina em pó fluível a quente, um meio de dispersão líquido que tem uma tensão superficial não superior a 45 dinas/cm, e partículas coloidais que têm um tamanho de partícula médio não superior a 1 Ám, a qual produz películas revestidas resistentes à corrosão espessas. As partículas coloidais preferidas para a dispersão são as pertículas de poliéster (PES) que são adicionadas em uma dispersão aquosa que contém um solvente orgânico e um solvente miscível em água. Uma dispersão aquosa de partículas coloidais de PES que tem um tamanho de partícula médio não superior a 1 Ám é preferivelmente preparada ao se (1) dissolver a PES em um solvente orgânico capaz de solubilizar a PES; (2) combinar a PES dissolvida com um solvente miscível em água que pode ser dissolvida no solvente orgânico; e (3) combinar a água na qual há um tensoativo dissolvido com a PES dissolvida.
