Abstract
Description
Claims (13)
- (1)은 염의 수성 혼합물을 알칸올아민과 반은시켜 은 알칸올아민 착화합물이 용해된 균질한 수용액을 얻는 단계; (2) 환원제 및 알칸올아민의 수용액을 제조하는 단계; 및 (3) 알칸올아민의 pH로 완충된 pH 및 10℃ 내지 100℃의 온도 하에서 상기 은 알칸올아민 착화합물 용액과 상기 환원제 알칸올아민 용액을 함께 혼합하여 구형 은 미립자를 형성시키는 단계의 연속단계로 이루어지는 조밀 패킹성 구형 은 미립자의 제조방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, (4)(3)단계의 수용액으로부터 은 입자를 분리하는 단계; (5)상기 은 입자을 탈이 온수로 세척하는 단계; 및 (6) 상기 은 입자를 건조시키는 단계를 더 포함하는 방법.
- 제 2 항에 있어서, 은 입자를 세척액의 전도도가 20마이크로모오 미만이 될때까지 세척하는 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 은 염이 질산은인 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, (1)단계 및 (2)단계의 알칸올아민이 모노에탈올아민, 디에탄올아민, 트리에탄올아민, 모노이소프로판올아민 및 다이소프로판올아민으로 구성되는 군으로부터 선택된 것인 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 환원제가 1-아스코르브산, d-이소아스코르브산, 히드로퀴논, 퀴논 및 카테콜로 구성되는 군으로부터 선택된 것인 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 온도가 10 내지 50℃인 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, (1)단계 및 (2)단계의 알칸올아민이 디에탄올아민이고, 환원제가 1-아스코르브산이며, 온도가 20 내지 50℃인 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, (1)단계 및 (2)단계의 알칸올아민이 모노에탄올아민이고, 환원제가 히드로퀴논이며, 온도가 10 내지 25℃인 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, (1)단계 및 (2)단계의 알칸올아민이 모노에탄올아민이고, 환원제가 d-이소아스코르브산인 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, (2)단계를 (1)단계에 앞서 행하는 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, (1)단계 및 (2)단계를 동시에 행하는 방법.
