Patente de Invenção: <B>"SUPORTE PERFILADO, EM PARTICULAR, SUPORTE LONGITUDINAL DE CHASSI, DE PREFERêNCIA, EM FORMA DE U, PARA CHASSI DE SUPORTE DE UM VEìCULO UTILITáRIO E PROCESSO PARA SUA FABRICAçãO"<D>. Suporte perfilado, em particular, suporte longitudinal de chassi, e processo para sua fabricação. Do estado da técnica é conhecido um suporte perfilado, em peça única, que apresenta uma alma central, a qual é flanqueada, pelo menos, em um lado, por pelo menos, um flange com desvio angular, e que está equipado com, pelo menos, uma curvatura. De acordo com a invenção, a alma central e pelo menos um flange perfilado são conformados como componentes fabricados separadamente e ligados entre si de forma rígida, sendo que a alma central é conformada em forma de chapa e está curvada de modo correspondente na região de pelo menos uma curvatura, e sendo que pelo menos um flange perfilado é conformado como peça recortada em peça única, contínua ao longo do comprimento do suporte perfilado, o qual apresenta uma alma com flange contínua de pelo menos uma curvatura conduzida posteriormente, bem como várias presilhas de ligação separadas uma da outra, que se ligam uma na outra na área de cantos de curvatura da alma central, sendo que as presilhas de ligação estão ligadas regidamente em ângulo reto à alma com flange, rebordadas e com um lado longitudinal correspondente da alma central. Emprego para o chassi de suporte de caminhões.
