Abstract
"PROCESSO PARA EVITAR EXPLOSõES DE Pó DE SULFETO APóS-ARREBENTAMENTO, EM OPERAçõES DE ARREBENTAMENTO ENVOLVENDO MINéRIOS". A invenção compreende um processo para evitar explosões de pó de sulfeto após-arrebentamento em operações de arrebentamento envolvendo minérios contendo sulfeto, tal processo compreende (a) carregar um orifício que foi perfurado em um corpo de minério contendo sulfeto com um agente de arrebentamento em emulsão que compreende um emulsificador, uma fase contínua de combustível orgânico, um agente de controle de densidade, e uma fase descontínua de solução de sal oxidante que compreende sal(is) inorgânico(s) oxidante(s), água e uréia como um inibidor químico em uma quantidade de cerca de 1% a cerca de 10% em peso do agente de arrebentamento, o agente de arrebentamento sendo carregado em uma relação de ligação com o orifício; e (b) detonar o agente de arrebentamento.
