Abstract
Método para prevenir explosiones de polvo de sulfuros posteriores a las operaciones de detonacion que involucren minerales que contengan sulfuros. Estemétodo involucra (a)cargar un agujero para explosion que ha sido taladrado en un cuerpo mineralque contiene sulfuros con un agente detonante emulsionante quecontiene un emulsionante, una fase continua orgánica de combustible, un agente de control de densidad y una fase discontinua de solucion salina oxidante quecontiene una(s) sal(es)oxidante(s) inorgánica(s), agua y urea como inhibidor en cantidades que van desde 1% a 10% en peso del agente explosivo, se carga elagente detonante en una relacion de acople con el agujero; y (b) detonar el agente explosivo.
