Abstract
Patente de Invenção:<B>"PRODUTO ALIMENTìCIO EM Pó E PROCESSO DE PREPARAçãO"<D>. A presente invenção se refere a um produto alimentício que se apresenta sob a forma de uma emulsão óleo-em água desidratada, capaz de ser rconstituído por adição de água, de maneira a formar de novo uma emulsão estável do tipo maionese ou molho para salada, e a um processo de preparação dessa emulsão desidratada.
