Abstract

COMPOSIÇÃO CONCENTRADA LÍQUIDA ESTABILIZADA. A presente invenção refere-se a uma composição concentrada líquida compreendendo glicosídeos de esteviol, um estabilizador compreendendo xantana e/ou iota-carragenina e água. Os glicosídeos de esteviol incluem rebaudiosídeo M em uma quantidade de cerca de 800 ppm ou mais em peso total da composição concentrada líquida. O pH da composição concentrada líquida é inferior a cerca de 7. Também é fornecido neste documento um método para fornecer um produto alimentar, um produto alimentar obtido do método e um método para fornecer uma composição concentrada líquida.
