Abstract
Um sistema de imagem de solo com um sensor de camada de trabalho disposto num implemento agrícola para gerar um campo eletromagnético através de uma área de interesse do solo à medida que o implemento agrícola atravessa um campo. Um monitor em comunicação com o sensor de camada de trabalho é adaptado para gerar uma imagem de camada de trabalho da camada de solo de interesse com base no campo eletromagnético gerado. O sensor da camada de trabalho também pode gerar uma imagem de referência gerando um campo eletromagnético através de solo não perturbado. O monitor pode comparar pelo menos uma característica da imagem de referência com pelo menos uma característica da imagem da camada de trabalho para gerar uma imagem caracterizada da camada de trabalho de interesse. O monitor pode exibir retorno do operador e pode afetar o controle operacional do implemento agrícola com base na imagem caracterizada.
