Abstract
"CONJUNTO DE ACIONAMENTO PARA ROTAçãO E TRANSLAçãO DE UM EIXO". Um conjunto de acionamento para girar e transladar um eixo compreendendo um motor de eixo oco (45) e um cilindro de fluido (48). O motor de eixo oco (49) gira o eixo e o cilindro de fluido (48) move o eixo no sentido do comprimento. O acionador é particularmente útil na unidade de injeção de uma máquina de moldagem por injeção. Em uma modalidade preferida a unidade de injeção inclui um motor elétrico oco (45) e um cilindro hidráulico. Uma primeira parede de cilindro do cilindro hidráulico é unida a um rotor (47) do motor oco (45). Uma segunda parede de cilindro do cilindro é conectada a uma parte estacionária do motor oco. Um pistão (50) possui duas partes de extremidade. Uma parte de extremidade do pistão (50) engata a primeira parede de cilindro e a outra parte de extremidade do pistão (50) engata a segunda parede de cilindro. Meios para a rotação do pistão são fixados ao rotor (47). Os meios de rotação também permitem que as partes de extremidade do pistão (50) deslizem ao longo das paredes do cilindro. Um meio de canal fornece fluido hidráulico para acionar o pistão (50) em uma direção de avanço e outros meios de canal fornecem fluido hidráulico para acionar o pistão (50) em uma direção reversa.
