Abstract
"PROTEìNAS SOLúVEIS EM áCIDO DE CASEìNA MICELAR". A presente invenção diz respeito a uma fração de leite obtenível por acidificação de caseína micelar e separação de caseína precipitada nomeada proteína solúvel em ácido de caseína micelar. Foi observado que a fração de leite e especialmente certas sub-frações deste são bioativas e promovem liberação de GLP-1 in vitro. Com base nestes resultados, proteína solúvel em ácido de caseína micelar pode ser útil no tratamento e na prevenção de diabetes do tipo ll, obesidade e pode também ser adicionada às fórmulas direcionadas a outros propósitos referindo ao trato gastrintestinal.
