Abstract
"BOCAL DE ATOMIZAçãO APERFEIçOADO E MéTODO PARA A SUA FABRICAçãO". A presente invenção refere-se a um bocal de atomização (20) para utilização em um sistema de névoa e a um processo (200) para a fabricação do bocal de atomização (20). O bocal de atomização (20) é composto de um corpo de bocal (24), um inserto de orifício metálico (26), e um impulsor não-metálico. O corpo de bocal (24) tem uma extremidade de entrada (30), tem uma extremidade de saída (32), tem um rebaixo de inserto (36) mais próximo da extremidade de saída (32), e abrange uma primeira câmara (42). O inserto de orifício metálico (26) está preso no corpo de bocal (24) dentro do rebaixo de inserto (36) e abrange uma segunda câmara (66). O impulsor não-metálico (28) está configurado para residir dentro da primeira e da segunda câmaras (42, 66) entre o inserto de orifício metálico (26) e a extremidade de entrada de bocal (30).
