Abstract

"MéTODO PARA REVESTIR UMA SUPERFìCIE DO SUBSTRATO, REVESTIMENTO BIOCOMPATìVEL, E, DISPOSITIVO REVESTIDO NA SUPERFìCIE". A invenção descreve um método de temperatura baixa para produzir revestimentos em multi-camadas ou multi-fases. Com a técnica de acordo com a presente invenção, revestimentos de superfície com variações controladas em termos de composição quimica, composição de fase, porosidade, aspereza de superfície, propriedades mecânicas, biocompatibilidade, etc podem ser alcançados. O método para revestir uma superfície do substrato compreendendo as etapas de preparar uma mistura de pó, ou várias misturas de pó tendo composição quimica diferente, em que pelo menos uma das ditas misturas de pó compreende uma fase de aglutinante em pó de cerâmica hidráulica não-hidratada, pré-tratar uma superfície do substrato, para aumentar a adesão entre o substrato e o revestimento cerâmico, aplicar uma ou mais camadas diferentes em cima uma da outra da mistura de pó não-hidratado no substrato, e por fim, hidratar a(s) camada/camadas de pó em um agente de cura contendo íons de carbonatos, fosfatos ou fluoretos.
