Abstract

"PLACAS DE TAPETE ORTOGONALMENTE AMBìGUAS QUE APRESENTAM ELEMENTOS CURVADOS". A presente invenção refere-se a placas de tapete, que apresentam padrões e esquemas de cor que previnem a necessidade de orientar as placas em uma relação posicional ou rotacional específica mutuamente disposta. As placas exibem uma ambig³idade ortogonal, indicando que elas podem ser colocadas em qualquer orientação disposta lado a lado com relação às placas adjacentes sem que pareçam fora do lugar ao espectador comum e apresentando ainda assim uma aparência de congruidade semelhante a um tapete tecido em tear largo. Cada placa apresenta padrões de formas apresentando alguns elementos retos e curvados. Pelo menos alguns dos elementos retos em cada placa são preferivelmente paralelos à borda de uma placa. As formas são formadas a partir de uma cor ou de uma combinação de cores, de modo que formas adjacentes em cada placa apresentem pelo menos uma cor que é comum. Adicionalmente, cada placa apresenta pelo menos uma cor em comum com placa sim, placa não, de modo que as cores nas placas adjacentes fiquem coordenadas, quando da colocação das placas. Além disso, devido ao fato do padrão em cada placa parecer aleatório, a colocação das placas no assoalho em qualquer orientação disposta lado a lado simplesmente cria um padrão maior aparentemente aleatório, se tornando assim impossível a aparência de qualquer placa fora do lugar.
