Abstract

"APARAFUSAMENTO DE APERTO COM UMA LUVA COM ROSCA, UMA CONTRALUVA E UM INSERTO DE APERTO". A presente invenção refere-se a um aparafusamento de aperto (1) com uma luva com rosca (2), uma contraluva (3) ligável com ela ou peça de pressão semelhante e com um inserto de aperto pressionável assim contra um corpo (4) alongado, que pertence a uma peça de acoplamento (6) com ele ligável de maneira soltável, com uma reentrância (7) e uma passagem (8) para o corpo alongado (4), em cuja reentrância (7) o rebordo (5) radialmente saliente da luva com rosca (2) se ajusta e é encaixável. Essa peça de acoplamento (6) apresenta na região de borda dianteira, na direção de encaixe da luva com rosca (2), de sua reentrância (7) saliências (9) dirigidas para dentro em direção radial para engate do rebordo (5) da luva com rosca (2) em posição de acoplamento. A peça de acoplamento (6) tem, vizinha à reentrância (7), uma região de fixação (10) para ligação com uma contrapeça ou uma porca de retenção elou uma passagem (11) da caixa (12) na qual o aparafusamento de aperto (1) pode ser fixado. Assim é possível ligar firmemente o corpo alongado já antes de sua fixação a uma contrapeça ou caixa com o aparafusamento de aperto e, então, posteriormente montá-lo, na medida em que a peça de acoplamento é disposta na contrapeça e depois o aparafusamento de aperto é ligado com essa peça de acoplamento.
