Abstract
"FABRICAçãO E CONDICIONAMENTO DE PIGMENTOS ORGâNICOS DE SOLUçãO SóLIDA". Os pigmentos orgânicos em solução sólida são preparados e condicionados por tratamento de uma mistura de seus componentes, após a síntese, porém preferivelmente sem ou com somente secagem parcial, em uma mistura de 0 a 30% em peso de um líquido orgânico tendo um momento de dipolo <109> de 2,8 - 6,0^ .^10^ -18^ esu (2,8 a 6,0 unidades debye) e de 70 a 100% em peso de água em um moinho de pérolas com meio agitado tendo uma densidade de energia específica de no máximo 2,0 kJ^ .^s^ -1^ por litro de espaço de moagem. A secagem dos componentes de partida é especialmente adequada no caso de pigmentos fáceis de umedecer, que somente ligeiramente aglomeram-se, de área de superfície específica de 1 a 25 m^ 2^/g. O método dá excelentes resultados, e é flexível e também muito mais simples do que os métodos conhecidos.
