Abstract

"CATALISADORES DE CIANETO DE METAL DUPLO PARA PREPARAR POLIóIS DE POLIéTER". A presente invenção refere-se aos catalisadores de cianeto de metal duplo para preparar polióis pela poliadição de óxidos de alquileno aos compostos iniciadores contendo átomos de hidrogênio ativos, em que os catalisadores de DMC são compostos de: a) pelo menos um composto de cianeto de metal duplo; b) pelo menos um ligante de complexação orgânica; e opcionalmente, c) pelo menos um polímero tornado funcional, em que o ligante de complexação orgânica é uma mistura de álcool alifático de C~ 3~-C~ 7~ e de cerca de 2 a cerca de 98% em mol, com base na quantidade total de ligante de complexação orgânica, de uma cetona cíclica, alifática, cicloalifática ou aromática. Os catalisadores de DMC da presente invenção tem aumentada atividade em comparação aos catalisadores conhecidos. Adicionalmente, os catalisadores de DMC da presente invenção podem ser usados para preparar polióis com reduzidos componentes de alto peso molecular.
