Abstract

"CONJUNTO PARA O CONDICIONAMENTO E A DISTRIBUIçãO DE UM PRODUTO". O presente pedido trata de um conjunto (1) para o condicionamento e a distribuição de um produto, em particular cosmético, conjunto esse que compreende: i) um recipiente (2) que contém o produto, recipiente esse que é delimitado por um corpo (3) cuja extremidade é fechada por um fundo (4); ii) um órgão móvel (20) em relação ao corpo do recipiente e apto, em resposta a um comando exercido manualmente sobre uma superfície (21) de um órgão de acionamento (90), a passar de uma primeira posição no qual o volume (80) delimitado entre o órgão móvel e o fundo do recipiente é máximo, para uma segunda posição na qual esse volume é mínimo, de maneira a pressurizar o produto contido no referido volume e provocar sua saída através de pelo menos um orifício de distribuição (7), sendo que o retorno do órgão móvel da segunda posição para a primeira, quando cessa o comando de acionamento, é acompanhado de uma entrada de ar no interior do referido volume, sendo que a entrada de ar é feita por pelo menos uma passagem formada entre o órgão móvel e uma superfície interna (12) do recipiente.
